Update on Hornady Customer Service

Last Monday, 10/17, I posted how I had trashed my Hornady New Dimension .270 resizing die in this thread: http://www.gboreloaded.com/forums/index.php/topic,243184.0.html .

I had called customer service at Hornady and told them what I'd done, and they said they'd send me another new spindle assembly "no charge".

It arrived on Saturday, the 22nd.  When I opened the package, to my great surprise, there was not one but TWO spindles! 
How's THAT for customer service?   Many thanks to the good folks at Hornady!

You can't beat that! I've had similar experiences with Hornady, RCBS, and Lee. Dillion won't take my money and I've had the press about 30 yrs.
I've tried to think of this kind of service from any other companies that are not shooting related and came up with none.
 
Did you ever figure out what happened or was the shell just off center?
