DW barrel dimensions

Hi to all. I am thinking about DW-style barrel (large frame, 44 Magnum or one of Supermagnums) on other handguns and would appreciate if somebody could take few minutes and take a measurement as per this drawing:

sleeve dia..904
nut od .799
barrel od over threads .635

This was done on Ruger Redhawks several years back by Hamilton Bowen, I believe. You don't see it done very often now, especially with the price of the Dan Wesson shrouds. I admit to being curious if the small-frame Dan Wesson shroud can be fitted to a Ruger GP-100.

As for the sleeve, barrel and nut, I am going to make my own. Thinking about reworking Redhawk.

There is a new outfit making DW accesories.. EWK Arms.  You might want to give them a look for barrels & shrouds.
