last year it was watching my 15 yr old son shoot the biggest buck ive ever seen. ive never seen a kid so excited.thats a memory for a lifetime.i dont think he can beat that this year but im hoping!this year my daughters are doing awesum all around, that makes me happy! i really cant ask for more than that at all.

Drugs and alcohol.

The drugs help my ailments. The alcohol is in the liniment I use on my joints to keep me moving so I can play with the grandkids. Nothing tops grandkids.

1- Spending time with my daughter. I don't think it's possible to love someone more than I love her!

2- Going to the range and shooting a one hole group.
3- To be outside in the summer grilling out with the smell of fresh cut grass mixed with the smell of burgers on the grill.
4- To look at a project I just built and to have the satisfaction I did it and it was done the rite way.

My coffee and my wife's hot choclate chip cookies at 6am watching the sun rise.
The hard times my wife and I had raising our kids.
Others that we have helped through thier hard times.
Picking up the check at a restraunt for a Vet and his family anonymously.
Taking a case of Makers Mark and 6 boxes of cigars down to the American Legion on my birthday,
Visitning Arlington and walking with wife and kids among those I have known and those we are related to.

Knowing that God has forgiven me, and Christ has saved me from what I deserve. My wife, mother, children, grand children, great grand children. My 53 year old sweet shootin Winchester Model 94 3030, that my late Father gave me. My Cherokee heritage, the smell of coffee on a small fire. The small fire, and woods that I'm in. Air so fresh and cold it stings the nostrils. Seeing the breath of a doe on a cold morning, and knowing that when I die. It gets better.
