#1 Extractor
#2 Ejector

So would that make part #8 (Pic#1) an extractor cam?

Thanks, Dinny

I also agree, but don't believe everything I say. :P   I just looked at the diagram of #2, and part #10 looks like a spring.  Hence, ejector.  I'm pretty good at guessing. ;)

BTW, if part #10, isn't a spring, I forgot to put on my glasses. ::) ;D

number two looks to have a SPRING backing the case removing device which would be an ejector

as for part numbers... I don't want to lead you wrong.

Dinny!!  The first drawing has an extractor and the second one has an ejector.

With the exception of centerfire rifle ejectors, all parts numbers and names can be found in the owner's manuals.

Tim,
Thanks for the link. Since it's too embarrassing to say I never read the owner's manual, instead I'll say that I skipped the pictures or forgot. ;) ::)

Thanks, Dinny

Sure is a lot easier to find those shotshells than the rifle brass, though!
