Typical Hollywood/LA type mentality. Sad part is, she and her family thinks the whole country acts like this. One of the reasns that this country is in such bad shape. Kids growing up read and hear about this type of behavior, and get that me,me,me attitude. Everything that they use or come into contact with, is like toilet paper. Use it once and throw it away. No real work involved, just what please's me for the next hour or day. Then it's off to something else. gypsyman

"Gay marriage" doesn't cheapen the institution of marriage, it attempts to desecrate it; What the couple in question did, probably does cheapen the institution a bit, but not as much as it cheapens their own characters.

How can you possibly be worried about Kim K and her sham of a marriage when Lindsay Lohan had to spend 4 hours of a 30 day sentence in jail. Not to mention Lindsay's Playboy shots were "tastefully" done. I am just wondering how "you people" can focus on Kim K. when Lindsay is out there struggling.

The government should get out of the marriage business. Legally, marriage is a matter of contract law. If you wish to sanctify that marriage with a religious ceremony, that is your right. This marriage 'issue' is a distraction from the real problems.

Thanks Tanya, to me the most simple way to solve the whole "what is marriage" debate is to get government completely out of it. It's always best to err on the side of liberty.
