Gave this clean 12pt his parking ticket on Monday. Had him on the cam several times at night but finally caught him when the sun was still up. He appeared to be 5 1/2 yrs and green grossed @ 169 3/8 w/about 3 1/2 inches deduct. Would liked to have a little longer tines and especially G1s but we take em the way the Lord made em. Poor kill photo. I do feel good about the shot however, he was watching a doe that was about to get my wind. He was facing directly away from me at 22 yds and then turned slightly to the right and I could see about 5" of his right shoulder. Threaded the needle and the muzzy broke a rib and the opposite front leg. Probably more lucky than good!
