Unless you know them personally, say nothing, or at most say only that you disagree with the methods used.
Sniping any animal from a blind off of a bait pile or bait station does not fit my defination of hunting. I did not see what I'd call a good shot either, most seemed to be shot in a way that allowed too much suffering. For squirrels, I aim for either the head, or to just clip the shoulder bones. This last shot takes out both lungs (even with a pellet rifle) and usually stops the heart instantly. At no time do I just aim at the squirrel, a bad hit is still a bad hit even if it is "just a squirrel".
If a friend of mine showed such a video of themselves, on the other hand, I'd be all over them about ethics, poor sportsmanship, and poor shooting.
