I was checking traps today and had two bucket sets under a bridge. I make my bucket sets with a foothold bedded in front of the bucket, cause I have no 220's. Anyway, I looked under the bridge and saw a possum sleeping cloes to my set. I went under the bridge and there the trap was, set off and drug out of the bed, but not on the possum. He had been caught but hnot a good hold and he had got out of the trap. He must have been too stupid to realize that he was free. When I got there he was sleeping so I poked him with a stick and he woke up. He tried to make a run for it but I ended his struggle.

16/17 did you look real close to make sure it weren't Joe RASCAL AKA The Cable Guy? He does silly stuff like that :-D

Well, I am pretty sure it was a possum, but I don't really know what Joe looks like. It could have been him. Anything is possible in this trapping game.

16/17 if you know what a three day dead possum looks like you know Joey :wink: especially if it has been rained on then it looks just like him after he's made up for the church social! :-D
