Pictures of my favorite Veteran
« on: November 09, 2011, 03:04:41 PM »
Here are some pictures of my Father in Germany and France in 1944-1945. He was in the Timberwolf Division that were famous as night fighters and 260 days of consecutive front line combat. He landed in Cherbourg, France and fought his way across Europe. He has been gone for ten years now, but lives forever through his deeds and these photos.

I wish I had similar photos of my Dad.  I have only the stories he told.  Way cool that you have such a visual perspective of your Dad's service.

This is such a nice way to honor your father's service. I hope my children do the same for me some day.

I am truly grateful for the example his generation set for me and countless others.

Thanks, Dinny

Dinny,

Your children will treasure these photos of you, and proudly show them to others.
