I don't know what we would do without Brian56. He just sorted out a snafu at Rem's CS for me and is getting me the part I need. This man goes well beyond the call of duty for us. THANKS BRIAN!!!!!!

A week or so ago I posted pretty much the same thing about Brian. I am just an oridinary person but Brian to me is Remingtion. Think about how frustrating it would be without having him in our ranks. He opens doors that would otherwise be closed. Thanks Brian!!!!!!

I would just like to openly say THANKS to Brian for all the good work he does and as much as we need people like him in CS I think we need him more at the bench.

Brian seems to be everywhere at once getting things done.  I think we ought to put a "Thank You Brian" sticky up there at the top so we can just keep adding to it.  Sorta like the "How many Handis" sticky. ;) ;)

Brian has been a true friend to my family- he has done work on one of my frames and barreled both the kids actions, (with trigger jobs) and rebuilt another frame for us. For those of us who can't or won't dig into a Handi he is a very good guy to have on our side, I hate to bug him too much but he always answers a question promptly and has a handle on the factory inventory.  ( and probably for less $ than a local smith who doesn't understand Handis as well as he does)
+1 to much said above, wish I could buy him a cup of coffee and just say thanks. thejanitor

I'd hazard a guess to say that without Brian most of us would of given up on H-R a long time ago or least started to look at other options (#1, Encore, etc)more seriously.

Turned this around in ONE DAY. Arrived at Ilion on Monday and shipped back on Tuesday. Replaced hammer (that I broke), did a trigger job and fit a shorter stock bolt. Thanks Brian and everyone at the Ilion facility for great service.

Brian is a great guy.

If you buy an accessory barrel, either through Remington, or from someone here (used), do yourself a favor:
Send it to Brian for Factory Fitting!

He made things right for me, and I have several perfectly fitting barrels with no shims whatsoever. Price is fair and reasonable. And, as has been said, he does it quickly.

Remington is lucky to have him, and so are we!

Thank you Brian!

Well, Brian bailed me out again with some parts for my Huntsman.  There's no schematic in the owners manual for that one.  He gave me the information and got me the parts.  He also answered a barrel inquiry for me.

Thank you again, Brian!!!

Brian recently helped me out with a headspace problem on a 30-'06 barrel.  He went above and beyond the call of duty and has earned a great deal of CUSTOMER LOYALTY from me!  I will be sending an action in to be fitted for a heavy-barreled 223, which I will then ream out to 225 Winchester (maybe AI).  I will specifically ask that he fit the barrel, confident in knowing it will be done right, the first time!

I know we all have a good appreciation for what he brings to this forum...I just hope Remington realizes what a great resource he is and rewards him accordingly!    :)

I'm putting another Thanks out to Brian for his assistance. I had a slight problem and he wouldn't leave it be untill I was MORE than happy with the outcome. Thanks to his bosses at Remington also, they must be a good bunch or Brian couldn't do all that he does.

I know Brian@remington reads this board and possibly more. I just wanted to say thanks for the great service. I sent my frame in on the 30th of April. UPS tried to deliver yesterday. Picked up my new 35 Remington today. 10 days total. Absolutely awesome. Thanks a lot.

I need to thank Brian also!  After 4 years of 'off again, on again' ftf with my old Topper, Brian insisted I let him look at it.  Glad I did!  It came back with the barrel re-fitted to the frame and all new internals and the problem fixed!  I'm glad to have my old Topper be 'Old Reliable' at long last!  Thanks Brian!
