I dont know where you are located but Dong's gun shop in Tulsa Oklahoma sells them and I would think that Cabalas would have them. Dong's 918-834-7989

My local gun store carries it, actually any local gun store that carries Triple 7 products can special order them for you.  It usually takes about a week.  The following mail order places also have them in stock.
