TM says;
" Yeah Billy...you're confused alright..
..just so happens there is alot of people on the conservative spectrum that get what the OWS is talking about...understand they don't have to be all homogenized white guys from Heritage Foundation, but get the gist of their charges....which according to post#1 article was very similar to the original TP manifesto. But Being confused you probably won't pick up on that idea...
...so just mutter on".
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Yes; most conservatives "get" what the occupiers are saying.
They have heard, considered and ruminmated upon what those misfits are saying.... and they still don't like their message.
Anarchy and the "gimmies" don't sit well with the conservative philosophy...

I don't understand your hang-ups concerning race...Tea Partiers don't dewll upon race, in fact I have never heard race discussed at a rally...even though all ethnicities are well represented.

You speak of a TP "manifesto"...The TP wouldn't use that commie favored term >manifesto<.. but perhaps the OWS would. The Tea Parties prefer instead, a "mission statement'. The two major Tea Parties have a mission statement which are remarkably similar.
Here is the one from the.... TeaParty.net short, sweet and honest ;
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
"Our mission is to recruit like-minded Americans to the Tea Party movement in order to advance the principles of limited government, fiscal restraint, and individual liberty at all levels of government through promotion and education.
The Tea Party movement is a grassroots movement of millions of like-minded Americans from all backgrounds and political parties. Tea Party members share similar core principles supporting the United States Constitution as the Founders intended, such as:
-
- Limited federal government
- Individual freedoms
- Personal responsibility
- Free markets
- Returning political power to the states and the people
"As a movement, the Tea Party is not a political party nor is looking to form a third political party any time soon. The Tea Party movement is, instead, about reforming all political parties and government so that the core principles of our Founding Fathers become, once again, the foundation upon which America stands"

Reading the mission statements by both major Tea Parties, I see things like.... limited govt, ..... personal freedom and ...........personal responsibility....Things which I have never heard highlighted by the OWS...
Of course, neither of the Tea Party mission statements suggest camping on public or private property, peeing in the street, smoking dope, talking filthy, rape, using filthy signs, cursing Jews or taking a dump on a cop car...
No; don't try to tell us there are any similarities between the Tea Party and the OWS...and I'm not just talking about the smell.
