20 guage and recoil with sabots

Looking at the cheaper lines of sabots they are 7/8 or 1 oz loads. These are typically running 1450 to 1550 ft second. the faster 1800 ft loads are using 5/8 ounce projectiles. Have you noticed any real difference in recoil between them.

I shoot light field hybrid express in my tracker II and it just a mild shove. In my sons USH 20ga we shoot 2 3/4" buck hammers the USH is a heavier gun and the recoil from the Buck hammers is more noticable. I can't give specs on weight and FPS cause I'm at work.
