I seen a great buy today its a used springfield armory 1911 with the case for $399.  It looks like it was never shot yet.  I'm not sure if i should grab it or not.  Since i have two springers already it would be like having a 3rd leg.  But it would be a great investment for down the road trading.

that does seem like a  good deal to me. arent they going for around 500$ new? if you could get it for 375$ that would be sweet!it just grease it up and lodge it in the back of the gunsafe and sell it for around 600$ in 5 to 8 yrs. or dedicate it to a 22 conversion slide and shoot the heck out of it!

I'll go back and if its still there and untouched(ramp wise) and looks great inside and out i may grab it for a shooter beater for $399 just shoot the snots out of it. I hate being a collector and a shooter.  I hate to hurt anything that looks new when i take it out.  I hate to even holster wear anything new looking too.
