Anybody have a recipe for  Pepper Spray Chicken? 

A local Chinese restaurant was featuring it on  the  lunch menu.

I haven't heard of it before, and a search didn't turn up much.  Sounds like it is just an insanely hot chicken dish.  Maybe a spiced up Hunan Chicken?

Here's a link to a pepper spray chicken recipe.  Looks pretty simple to make. ::)
