I have a Model 94 AE Trapper in .44 mag that has me stumped. This one has the crossbolt safety (darnit), and I have seen a lot of these on the auction sites, but this one has a Color Case Hardened receiver. I only found one like it and the price for that one was three times as much as the blued versions. Is there something special about the finish or is the guy selling the one like it most likely out of his mind?
