Boyds Forend

Whatever happened to Boyds offering forends for Handi's? There was talk a few months ago that they would be offering forends but to my knowledge I have not seen any on their website. Has anyone heard anything?

My buddy just got a reply saying forends for the sterling thumbhole stocks will be available by the end of the year.
