.950 JDJ
« on: December 01, 2011, 03:14:32 PM »
Carroll Pillant of Sierra bullets visited JD Jones before the 2008 IHMSA Internationals and JD gave Carroll a .950 JDJ round. Carroll passed it around and I took a couple of pictures of it. Few days ago I saw this post on Accurate Reloading site and a link to a video of a guy shooting it!!

I know where their is a 50 BMG necked down to 17 cal., and now up to .950. I guess that would pretty much cover the extreems.  ::) :-\

Heck, that varmit rifle don't skeer me none!....YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placing the stock of something that's fixin to fire a 1/2 lb slug at 2200fps against my shoulder would seem as about as dumb as laying my head on train tracks so I can hear the train. I don't care if the rifle does weigh 100lbs! I reckon I just lost my "mancard"....
