Is the 18.5" 44mag barrel available through barrel accessory program?

Well I was on Buds guns and spotted an 18.5" barreled 44 with iron sights ... Any word on this barrel being available through the barrel program?                     
I know there are some options available that are not listed, this is why I ask.

Part number is listed in the new accessory barrels sticky, it's 18¾" btw.
