7.5 x 55 - How large a quarry......

With a 7.5 x 55mm (K31) - How large of a quarry could you safely bring down?  And what distance?

With a 7.5X55 you are pushing a 150 grain 30 caliber bullet at 2700 to 2800 FPS.  This isn't much under a 30-06. I think it would be pretty safe to say that you can use it for any game that you use use a 30-06 for.
