Clements Custom 44 special

This is a Ruger OM that was sent back to Ruger for the conversion and a steel Old Army frame.  It was then sent to David Clements for a Quinn package with the additional work of installing a new 7 ½ “ barrel, cylinder black powder chamfer, Bowen rear sight, a custom base pin,  Clements custom front sight, end shake and barrel cylinder gap tolerances tightened.
It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. That's a very nice 44 spl!  It's one to be proud of!  (how's it shoot?)  That's a very 'special special'.  Enjoy it!  44 Man
I always thought I'd like a custom .44, but one of the Andy Horvath style guns.  Old .357 frame, 4" barrel, and aluminum frame round butt.  Now I would be perfectly happy with a 'New' Vaquero in .44 spl if Ruger decides to build it, or sometime I will find a bargain blued .357 and convert one.  (I already have the 4" barrel.)

Hi 44 Man. Ruger is already making the gun you want. It's a Lipsey's limited edition gun in three barrel lengths: 3.75", 4.62" and 5.5".

I have the 5.5" Bisley and it shoots better than I do.

They also make the first two in stainless if you prefer.
