The blacks in the NAACP want the UN to intervene in the 2012 US election and make it easier for non-whites to cheat. They argue it is "racist" for Hispanics and blacks to identify themselves. IT's OK if whites are required to identify themselves though. Why do non-whites always want separate and lower standards for themselves? If they're equal to whites, should n't they be held to the same legal requirements as whites?

The NAACP says it's "racist" for non-whites to be held to the same legal standards as white people. The NAACP thinks white people can (and should) be held to higher standards than Blacks and Hispanics.
Whether the NAACP wants to "empower" illegal aliens is not addressed. I think they do, but the thrust of the story is the NAACP's attempt to have a foreign agency interfere in a US election on behalf of non-whites and against white people. When non-whites vote illegally or multiple times (as in most big cities) it is harmful to the interests of white people who have to pay the taxes to fund the money laundering operations that transfer wealth to non-whites. The whole point of these "civil rights" organizations is to transfer more wealth from white people to non-whites, through government programs, and to be able to lower standards for non-whites, whether in connection with college admissions, employment or voting.
Notice that non-white ""civil rights" organizations have given up all pretense at being in favor of equality, but rather are openly advocating special privileges for themselves, usually in the form of demanding lower standards for themselves, as here. They have no problem with white people being forced to show ID to vote, only when non-whites, who are heavily involved in election fraud, are required to show ID. It is "racism" for them to have to meet the same standards of citizenship as white people. Here in California, the legislature is trying to enact special laws that give illegal aliens protection from having their cars impounded for driving without valid California driver's licenses. There are so many of them and it's a "hardship" for them to obey the same laws that apply to the rest of us. Also special laws to give illegal aliens priority in state college admissions and funding of college. The California state government basically functions as a political subdivison of Mexico.
The NAACP's demand for foreign interference in US elections on behalf of non-white minorities is but another aspect of the non-white war against white people.
