For plinking and hunting I would go adjustable sights for the ease to change loads/powders and get sighted in. Competition shooters, as in CAS, you need fixed sights and you have to be certain of your powder/charge you are gonna stick with and file the front sight to POA. It is a hard chore to put metal back on a sight, so if plinking/hunting is your game, I suggest adjustable sights and BTW, I like stainless too. It has a small drawback of glare, but you can easily see any dirt and crud when you clean them. If you shoot every week like I do, the ease of seeing dirt on the stainless is helpful, plus no noticable holster wear either. :grin:
