Model 10 value question

A co-worker is looking to sell a model 10 in 308.  It has a heavy barrel and says "tactic" on the bolt.  pre accu-trigger.   Any ideas on the value for say 90% condition?  Are the pre accu-trigger guns adjustable at all?

Yes, they are adjustable for both pull weight and creep. The barreled action has to be removed from the stock to adjust them. Instructions can be googled on the 'net. I have no problem getting to 2 3/4 pounds pull. That's about all the lower I care to go. I actually like these triggers better than the newer one. I have several of each.
