You can make one like I did, see link attached for picture. Mine turned out too be 12.5 inch LOP.

I bought a used T/C Encore adult synthetic stock and cut off one inch just behind the sling swivel stud. Then I packed the cavity with plastic Wal-Mart bags and installed a small Limbsaver slip-on recoil pad. This gave my 12 yr old daughter a perfect LOP, soft recoil pad and checkering for gripping.
