Acquired a 18in barrel in a trade- 30 carbine-- also stamped Bell and a M. Anyone know anything about this maker? Barrel is blue and is good shape. Has a one piece base marked with an R in a target circle and a SW32x39 3x9 tasco scope. Just trying to get an idea worth. Really 18 1/2 inch?? Thanks.
