I have been 4 times so far this year. The first day in my climber, but the wind was wrong and no luck there. I had already scouted the area and had my climber on the tree ready to climb, but couldn't control the wind. The next time I had a nice big doe walk out, but didn't take the shot hoping for something else to come along, but did get a big female coyote that same day. Third time, no luck just watched a lot of birds flying around. Then the last time a few days back I watched two groups of wild turkey for an hour and 15 minutes in the field in front of me. There was a group of 8 young ones walked out and a few minutes later another group of 8 older ones that all had very long beards came out also. Some of the older gobblers were strutting and chasing hens. About dusk, they all walked out into the trees I suppose to go on roost.
