today after everything finally settled down... i got this call from a good friend and he was wondering if i could look at his son's handi 7/08 he just got for christmas, NU serial prefix.
my friend purchased it off the used rack at a major outfitter locally. his complaint was it wobbles when locked up !!! so i told him to bring it by and we will look at it.

Remingtons just not getting things done right yet. :-\   Many sad tales with the Marlin brand they took over.  Seen some pics of barrels with a dovetail cut in the middle of the bottom of the barrel plainly visable above the magazine ahead of the forestock, sights canted out of line with the bore or canted off to the side. :'(   Careful examination of Cerebus owned firearm companies is needed before laying out hard earned dollars, much more than normal.  DP

Gendoc, ya done good.  Merry Christmas.  DP

Patty's used 7mm with matching numbers popped open.  Brian re-barreled it and offered her  a choice of the 20' light barrel which is what she chose.  It is sweet and shoots like a champ.  Ya done good.
