Dan Wesson Revolver Front Sight?
« on: December 27, 2011, 01:02:39 PM »
Does anyone know of a source for taller Dan Wesson revolver front sights? The sight on mine is .280" from the shroud to the top of the sight. With the rear sight all the way down I'm about 6" high at 50 yards.

Greetings
If EKW does not have what you need go to the Dan Wesson Forum.  Someone will have what-cha need.
But in the mean time I have a habbit of expoxying a piece of copper wire (without insulation) to the top of sights.  Brass rod also works well.

I have done that on pistols with front sights that could not easily be removed. I prefer not to with this one since the front sight can be changed out. EWK got back to me quickly and has a sight that will work. Thanks for the info guys!
