Anybody loaded this bullet in a 270 Win. ? And what powders have you used. Have a box and am thinking of using them for winter shooting of varmints (not worried about expansion). Was thinking of the standard 59gr H4831 SC load.-Muddy

Muddy, I haven't loaded for the .270 but have used .223 and .308 MKs for varmint chores.  The thin jacket and the little air space just under the nose make them open up quite fast and they make big exit holes in everything from groundhogs to coyotes.

My experience with MKs is that you have to work to get them to NOT shoot well.  They are about as close to drama free as any bullet I've ever worked with.

Good luck and good hunting.
