With standard production TC factory barrels, a 14" would be a Contender barrel (15" for mid length Encore barrels). Fox Ridge barrels could be any configuration and length, but would still be easy to tell whether they are Contender or Encore.
From memory without digging out my data base, Super 14 was a marketing moniker added when they went from the type 4 to type 5 14" barrels (so the early 14" wouldn't have been marked Super 14). The type 4 barrels have a flat base recoil block, the type 5 barrels a stepped base. The Super 16's are tapered barrels, and use a different forend than the Super 14" does. The early 16" barrels only had one forend mounting screw, later ones had 2 and were a different (wider) spacing than the 2 on all the 14" barrels.
