What's a typical price for once fired brass?
« on: January 01, 2012, 06:05:10 AM »
I have 500 rounds of 9mm brass that is once fired and I have a guy who is interested in buying it.  It's Winchester USA brass.  What would be a good price for this?  Actually, I have a lot more than that but I'm going to sell it in 500 rounds at a time.  Thanks!

It is worth about $38.50/500 including shipping within the U.S.  That is according to the on-line price of www.brassmanbrass.com .   Some guys try to get a lot more for their brass but.....

XD9 the last that I purchased was once fired mixed cases at $30 / 1000
New Winchester brass can be had for around $35 / 100
You might also check GunBroker for prices.
One of our local gun shops will credit you $2.50 a box of 50 on purchase of new ammo. If it's single manufacture once fired in original box.
