I would say that she did.
The M93 is built like a good benchrest gun. The barrel is free floated to the point where it is unsupervised at the muzzle end. The breech is screwed into the action so far that it is a solid fit. Be sure that you degrease the scope-base screws and re-install them before putting the scope on. If it didn't come with the accutrigger, Riflebasix makes a great drop-in unit that will double your accuracy.

I have one with the factory acutrigger and I love it. I roll cans around with it at 100 yards easy.

Try some Hornady 30 grain V-max ammo in this gun - mine absolutely loves it.  Tack driver at 100 yds, and they do a number on varmints, too. ;D

I have a standard model with iron sights.  It was my first with the accu-trigger.  Took me some time to get used to it.  I have a 2.5X Weaver scope on it.  Shoots very well.  The $150 for used is about right.  Good deal and enjoy! ;D

I've had various brands of .22 mags over the years...and gave them to my kids & grandkids.  A couple years ago i bought a Savage 93F with accutrigger.  This rifle is a real tack driver, until I got this one , my Anschutz USED to be the most accurate .22 mag I ever shot.
