"C & R" ?
« on: January 18, 2004, 11:59:59 AM »
Somewhere in this forum on Handloading (I think), I read a post in which the writer stated that he or she had applied for a C & R.   I can't find the post again (I'm not even certain it was in this forum).  Would someone out there please enlighten me on what a "C & R" is?  Thank you very much!! :-)

Its a Type 03 Federal Firearms Lic. which allows you to buy "Curios & Relics" directly from importers, etc, for collection purposes. its fairly easy to get and the paperwork is minimal. Heres some links.
