Where do you ge your belts?  Which ones do you like?

My wife hates the Wilderness Outdoors belt.....  But that is my favorite outdoors ranch belt...

The Beltman on the web and also Bianchi makes some nice stuff. I presume you are talking belts that can support a carry side arm..

In 1976, my wife bought me a 1.5 inch brown leather belt made locally with my name on it.
that's 36 years and it's still worn every day with a holster on it.
I would say that any leather belt with adequate thickness will last a lifetime.

Just be sure to allow for "shrinkage" over the next 40 years or so  ;)

;D it shrank for a few years, but now that I'm old, it's getting longer.  I wonder how it does that?

I wear a black military type belt. Nylon with a military type buckle. I like it because it will adjust perfectly in length for what ever I'm wearing or however my waistline changes. Black with a black buckle and it looks decent with most types of dress as well.

I've tried a variety of other belts and always keep coming back to it. Haven't found anything I like better or even as well. It's tough, light weight and versatile.

I like wide, heavy belts that won't turn over or sag.
There are a lot of makers out there. Store bought have have always left me sad.

I been using these Amish belts for a few years, they have some meat in them, price is reasonable for a belt 1/4" thick.

Jimster---Just bought one, thanks for the link.
Seems like--for the price--a good gamble for a utility belt.

I have two belts that were made for dress that are one piece leather in 12oz . GOOD belts.
The most recent duty/western gunbelts tha I had made are from two different guys.
Black Hills made me a 3 inch. It is a two ply belt and a good one--Rudy does an excellent jon on all of his stuff--I am waiting for the shoulder holster.
The other 3 inch is from Ross leather out of S Africa. It is a one ply belt and the stiffest of the two. Lindsay did this one for me in a basket weave. I love it.
