It has been along time since I've posted anything here, but I check the site from time to time. I performed my first barrel fitting recently & it went super smooth. I want to thank everyone that post info on barrel because I couldn't have done it without the info from here. I found a 20ga shotgun in a local pawnshop for $80. it a 1998 model, but looked brand new. I fitted a 44mag I had laying around to it. It was a Christmas present for my son. With open sights he can shoot clover leafs @ 50yds (18y/o eyes). The 20ga shoots slug groups inside 6'' @ 40yds. He's a happy-camper with it. Again, thanks for the help.
