C.  A third admits he wants to make drug addiction easier... by legalizing them all.
Which candidate said that, just like that? I must have missed it.
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

Ron Paul and it's the only thing I like about him.  The war on drugs is a waste of money.

Newt figures that if we believe that He didn't ask for an open marriage, we believe that He was exonerated on the ethics violations and He pushed the GOP Reps. to vote aganist Him. Then He gave the government $ 300,000 to pay for an unjust invistagation and then resigned from Congress becouse His toe hurt or something. If He had been Walt Desney He would have called it FANTASY LAND!

I've done a lot of things that I'm ashamed of.  I have also asked God for forgiveness.
that option is open to almost anyone. even Newt.

James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
So we are all guilty of adultry.

Newt is a serial adulterer and fornicator. He has admitted this himself. It is just a matter of time for him to find his next "mistress"... Pure filth.

I find it interesting how the Lefties suddenly have taken on a mantle of righteous indignation.. ;) ;D
Where were they when John Kerry was running for prez ?  http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1921662/posts
Read some of what his ex said about him during their divorce..
Of course, he was somewhat of a deadbeat dad http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1120326/posts  .  With old Newt, at least his children all are in his corner..while Kerry's kids don't care for him ...
But the "swiftboat hero" has it easier now, since Julia died of cancer in 2010.  http://cancer.about.com/od/celebritiesandcancer/a/juliathorne.htm
So, do we want to deal with facts, or with what ex-spouses claim ?  That blade cuts 2 ways..

Sure beats all how the Lefties are filled with all kinds of "Christian-like"..righteous indignation at Newt...  while not saying peep at the likes of Teddy Kennedy, Chris Dodd or even Barney Frank !  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :o :P

Dems won't admit when they have done wrong, even lie under oath denying it.  When a Republican does wrong, the usually resign from their office.  Some like Newt have admitted doing wrong, and has asked God's forgiveness.  I think the hyprocracy is from the left.  They get away with stuff, and never resign.  Republicans are always held to a higher standard.  No one will ever reach perfection, nor the idealism of America, but to me it seems the Republicans always strive for the ideals that are American.  Dems want to bring down our ideals to the socialists lowest common denominator, except for the elitists.  Obama is an elitist, he thinks he deserves to go on 90 something golf outings, and take his whole family and enterage on vacations at the taxpayers expense, yet calls for more taxes on the 1%.  Hypocrite.  If he truely wanted to help the poor, stop spending taxpayers money, give it to the poor.  At least Newt admitted his faults and resigned.  What the libs don't realise, most of us conservatives didn't agree with what some of what Bush was doing, but we have no real electable choice for a true Constitutional Conservative EXCEPT in the primaries.  We then have to vote for the lessor of two evils to keep the worst evil out, like Obama.  Republicans are basically moderates, not true conservatives.  Dems are basically now, socialists, communists, and far left loonies.

Everyone is a hypocrite.  Anyone that is divorced and living with another is commiting adultry.  Anyone that has ever had sex with more than one person and is now married is living in adultry.  Anyone that has promised to marry someone and married another is living in adultry.  But for God's grace we'd all go to hell.

First where does it say a man can't have more than one wife ? seems some in the Bible did, also the deal is until death do us part. If your wife cheats on you and you divorce her its a sin to marry another woman who has never married ? Explain the part about taking your brothers wife if he dies and having children with her ?
If ya can see it ya can hit it !

Adultry was/is ok for divorce, and if a partner be an unbeliever, if they leave, we are not under bondage and are free to remarry.  Adultry is like a death sentance.  My first cheated on me, and my wifes ex cheated on her.  It is devestating and like death.  If they leave, you can't keep them, it isn't possible.

Indeed, Christians do find adultry and fornication to be distasteful; but they find a president who lies, tries to enslave us and bankrupt our country just as distasteful if not more so.  They also find the media which is grossly unfair, lies continually, covers adultry of their favorites and campaigns to place us into socialism/Marxism, just as distasteful, if not more so.
What Newt did years ago was wrong..he wronged his wife and he wronged his God.  He asked forgiveness and his God forgives but his ex wife won't..there's where it stands.
The media and the annointed one have betrayed and abused 330 million people.  Neither has begged forgiveness...

Biblical Christians have learned there is NO perfect man ,but there are untold millions of  forgiven men.  'As I see it, neither the extremely biased media nor the abusive prez have ever asked our forgiveness.  that, I believe, is about where most Christians stand..

Just FYI..take it or leave it..

YT just a quick observation,

Over the years , I've come to realize when the going gets tough there are always those willing to compromise all those sacred core principals they supposedly espouse.

Very few actually willing to walk the walk and draw that hard line in the sand.

If you don't stand for something , you will fall for anything.

Perhaps your God doesn't allow forgiveness..Mine does..   Newt says he asked forgiveness.. and we know God forgives almost indefinitely.  Get a dictionary and look up the term..R-E-D-E-M-P-T-I-O-N....
In any case the country is not looking for somebody to marry but rather somebody to steer the nation.  We have a clown in the office who steered the nation into $5 Trillion unnecessary debt...and we got zero, zilch, nada.. for our money being thrown away.  His administration has heaped ridiculous rules and regulations enough to severely cripple commerce and our personal rights.... and STILL some of the original Koolaid drinkers keep sipping.. ;D :o  We have a guy who promised the nation "Hope and Change" and has produced only "Debt and Despair" for our country!  :'(
It boils down to this; If Newt is nominated we have a choice..an otherwise capable leader who at one time lied and cheated on one person and gained forgiveness...VS.. A charlatan who has for 3 years lied and cheated 330 million people...and hasn't not yet asked forgiveness !
Besides, the primaries are not settled yet and since we already know we have a fellow who once lied VS a fellow who is continually lying, shall we assume that if the nominee is Romney, Paul or Santorum...you will opt for one of these whom are not a lying cheat ?

You or I have no idea what others do . For all we know the other guy could be involved with other women but not exposed yet. Voters need to get past the dog and pony show and look at voting records and past political histories of canidates. Voters are like pupets on a string being manipulated by the media thru. dog and pony shows. First voters need to get over "well I don't need to know everything our govt does" and realize we all pay for its mistakes. Then voters need to decide what they want to fund , wealfare , war etc. AND VOTE FOR THE GUY WHO WILL INSURE THEIR WILL IS CARRIED OUT. There should be a law passed that makes it a felony for a politican to say he will do something if elected and does not do it. Bet campaing speeches will change .

maybe , maybe not we don't know really (my point)
If so when would be the best time to offer that info to the voters ? I would guess close enough to the vote to not have time to defend it in time .
To be honest I hope he is squeaky clean with re guard to his marriage I feel the same way about all marriages . But I realize many sin with respect to marriage (over 50% divorce) so I feel it better to judge on political history vs private affairs. That said if two candidates were equal in every respect but marriage Fidelity I would go with the good guy. But we know that is not the case this time. Gun control and people control is at stake here and debate would be more useful on those subjects IMHO !

The point about Newtonian Physics is the Newster thinks laws, regs, and conventions only apply to the 'little people' and that he his exempt or doesn't have to abide by same rules.  Like when he proposed the death penalty for potsmokers in possession of 2 ounces+, as an admitted potsmoker he claimed his potsmoking was of a higher order... ::)   This 'genuis' is a pure psycho con artists....has all the behavior/trappings/baggage freight.... of a narcisist.  Now I see Las Vegas Adleson's isreali wife has chipped in another $5 mil to Newt Pac....while Adleson is under indictment for some kind of fraud elsewhere

I am most saddened by how cheaply we value the covenant of marriage; how quick are we to look for exceptions and ignore the standard, when Jesus declared, "God hates divorce." In the hardness of our hearts, we invoke the Mosaic compromise minus the Mosaic context (ask yourself how Joseph could think to divorce Mary if they'd not consummated yet?). In the hardness of our hearts, we invoke the alleged Pauline compromise (which is inconsistent with its own context). Grace will cover it all, but so many are missing out on the joy of God's purpose in marriage. It breaks my heart at the effectiveness of the deceiver's, "Did God really say?"

I must say that while a man may sin and receive forgiveness from God, that does not absolve him from earthly consequence of his actions. Scripture gives no such indication, and in fact clearly states the opposite to be true. One of the consequences of the repuation of being an oath breaker, no matter how contrite you might be, is that no one can take your future oaths seriously. Standing by your word is of far greater consequence on earth than what you put into your body. I cannot knowingly vote for an oath breaker because as a voter I am in covenant with my government, and I wish not to be in covenant with such. No more than I could accept back into the pulpit such a man who was once a preacher, although I would still gladly call him Brother. Here I stand, I can do no other.

When it comes to divorce, the church usually exhibits UTTER COWARDICE.

Lots of ink gets spilled by politicized Christians about sanctity of marriage, when opposing 'gay marriage'. This is a waste of effort, directed at the wrong target, if they're really interested in the 'sanctity of marriage'. Want to do something useful? Actively oppose divorce. Call out the divorce lawyers who are members of churches; they're not much better than abortionists.

Amen, sir. We began by tucking our tails and giving marriage to the government - abdicating the sacred trust because we were afraid of the people. He will hold all accountable; what God has joined together, no one CAN separate. The rest of the Christian world calls us in the US polygamists you know. The difference they say between us and the Muslims is that we don't sleep with our first wives, but we still provide for them financially and raise kids together. Ironic.

I don't care for Obama or his policies, but he has one strength many others do not; he's still with his wife, and they are raising their kids together. I would hope we could replace him with another man who knows how to keep a family together under pressure ... and understands constitutional liberty. I won't be voting for any other kind, regardless of what the party does. That would be a vote against marriage and the family.

A large portion of us, myself included have acted like cheap prostitutes for the Republican party in the past. We voted for liberals like George Bush because he had an "R" next to his name.
End result: We have screwed ourselves by perpetuating liberal, big government Republicans in office.

A lot of us have chosen to take a stand against the Republican party, they can either nominate a conservative or we vote for someone else that is conservative. No compromise. We're not liberals and we refuse to vote for any.

If you don't mind being a prostitute for the Republican party that's fine, it's your right. Just don't blame us conservatives that refuse to vote for a liberal if Obama gets another term. Gingrich and Romney have very liberal voting records, plain and simple. As long as Republicans continue to vote for liberals we will keep getting more liberal candidates. It's our choice.
"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."
