H&R D58... what is this?

Ad says it's a  model 'D58'  44 cal.  What's a D58 please?  Looks like it has a case hardened receiver.  Straight wrist with non-schnaubel forend.

What Doc said, wouldn't be the first time the 0 was mistaken for a D, dunno if they ever made the Model 058 in 44 cal tho unless it's a 44-410.
