Don't have one but GM makes a good barrel and it looks pretty cool, if Colorado allowed scoped muzzleloaders I'd be be tempted. In Townsend Whelen's book "The American Rifle", published in 1920, he expressed the opinion that there were not any scope sights at that time which he considered suitably rugged or optical sufficient for use on a general purpose hunting rifle. Most other hunters of the time agreed and considered the peep sight to be the best for a hunting rifle, although scopes were popular for target and varmint shooting.
