Just curious, but I haven't seen him post in a long time... Did a search and his last post that showed up was March 2007.  :o Is he still around?
Anyone know what happened to him?

Last time he logged in was December 23, 2011, 04:56:18 PM, not all that long ago. His last post was on December 14, 2010 which is a long time ago. It would appear he is no longer actively moderating this forum.

I don't know what has happened to Zach. I think he was in FL when he began posting here then for some reason moved to VA and I seem to recall he wound up back in FL again but I'm not sure.

Thanks Bill,

I used to like reading his posts & began to wonder where he was... Hope all is well with him. I liked Jerry Lester as well, and know the story about his problems with his business pardner, sure wish he would return one day. I guess things happen in life to change our fortunes and/or interests.. I wish them both well in whatever their doing.

I just miss them.  :'(

Yeah I'd sure like to see Jerry return. I enjoyed reading his posts.

I did make contact with Zach and he is doing well and said he hopes to be able to spend more time here. His business is doing well and he says he should now be able to spend more time doing the things he enjoys.

Thank you Bill.  Yes, I'm doing fine, and I sincerely thank everyone for asking.  In addition to being an attorney, I have expanded my practice to include mediation, arbitration, and high-end real estate deals.  Unfortunately, this has taken a significant amount of my time, but I will be able to be more active in the near future.
I have been a member of this site since, well....even before we used this website platform, which I think was back in 2000 if memory serves me correctly.  Rest assured that I truly love this site, not just as a moderator, but most importantly because it is a wealth of information for many different topics that no one single other site can provide.
Again, I thank everyone for thinking of me, and I look forward to spending more time with you on these forums in 2012!
