Learned form the BogMaster (Rat Snapper Pic's)
« on: January 22, 2012, 10:15:32 AM »
Tom is waiting for someone to post something so here goes. Been meaning to do this since Nov and have some time today.
If you've ever gotten to a rat in a trap and found the rat unwilling to drown himself. The low cost, low tec, very simple to use tool put together and used in these pictures will make life easier. Lot better than swinging and splashing and swatting with your trapping hook.

First Picture a not so drown, fisty ready to fight rat, sitting in a Duke #1 Guarded trap.

In a blur the rat snapper swoops into action.

One dispatched rat no swinging, swatting or bleeding.

Just and old 110 mounted to a old push broom handle is a simple tool.
As stated above I learned this trick from the BogMaster himself several years ago.
Saves me a lot of hassle while long springing bank slides and feeders.
