Great picture! I often carry mine in the desert. It doesnt shoot as well as my 7.5 but carries very nice. Those are some scary bullets by yours.

As usual Swamp GREAT PIC!!
I like the 5.5 and 4.5" (3/4) Barrels too. They handle and shoot just rite! I had a 10" BH for a time... simply too long. I keep a couple 7.5's around as they have there uses for hunting a such. but find I take the shorter tubes more ofter and seem to shoot them better faster...
How do it shoot?

my 4 5/8s blackhawk is probably my most carried gun. Lucky its stainless or it probably wouldnt have a bit of finish left on it.

I have one in the same configuration, except it is 45 Long Colt. Very compact and carryable. I feed it with 300 grain flat points from a Lee mold, wheel weight lead and a maximum charge of Unique. I fear nothing when I carry it.
