New to the forum site looking for the most velocity out of my savage 223 with 75 grain hornady bthp

Hornady 75gr bthp  is a great bullet. Varget, RL-15, H4895, and BL-C2 are all good Powders.  Varget is My favorite with RL-15 being second.
You should Be able to get around 2700fps to 2800fps at the muzzle, If you are using a 20" barrel..
 Be safe and work up slow.  Hope this helps and welcome a board.
