949 issues

So the other weekend I went out shooting with my wife and we couldn't figure out why our shots kept drifting farther and farther away form bulls until my rear sight fell out lol. Any one know how to keep it aligned?

Any help would be great!!!!

I have never tried it on the windage adjustable sight of the 949, but I would try getting the sight set, and appplying a drop of blue loctite on each side of the sight.
I have only used it on threads, but it may help.
