Got an RWS Mdl 34 and love it except for one thing. When I mounted a scope I found what I understand is a common problem with German air rifles. The scope mount is not level so the scope runs ot of adjustment before shooting to pt. of aim. I tried shimming up the rear, but it wasn't enough. Anyone know of correction?

Try adjustable mounts from Beeman, RWS or BLK. They are adjustable for both windage and elevation. Lawdog

P.S. - Leave the B-Squar mounts alone. Not worth the money and won't hold up.

Ah HA! That's barrel droop. What scope mount are you using now? You're probably gonna need an adjustable mount.

I'm just using regular weaver rings now.

Yeah, you're gonna need an adjustable mount. More than likely ANY of the adjustable mounts available will WORK on the 34, it's not that hard of a recoiling gun. I'd still go with the Beeman 5032. It's not adjustable but the droop compensation is built in.
