Got my 204 ruger barrel

Now I will try it out tomorrow.
 
Can anyone give some suggestions for reloading.I'm going totry the 35gr bergers and 39 Serria.I just dont know what powders to try.

I have been using sierra 39 gr blitzkings on top of 27 grains of imr4895   has been very effective on prarie dogs if the wind is not blowing to hard. I have not had the opportunity to test any other powders.

I could'nt get my .204 bbl to shoot accurately past 100yds. I tried several bullet wts & powders. Traded it for a 7mm RM bbl which shoots much better!!

I got to shoot it yesterday with federal factory 39 gr SBK bullets. I got two 3 shot groups less than a inch at 100 yards.Pretty happy,now to get some reloading done and see if I can tighten the groups up.

Mine shoots the lighter bullet best it does not like the 40 gr bullets a bit ,and varget powder seems to work better than the others overal ,

Thanks for the info. I just loaded some 32 and 39 Sierra Blits with reloader 10x. Now to see if it likes any of these.
