Can anyone identify this?

I got this with some .357 sig range brass. On the left is a 9 mm luger on the right is a .38 super auto +p im lost on the WCC +P+ 02 in the center im guessing its a 9mm luger by winchester cartridge company. but not quite sure. any help would be great.

9mm luger made in 2002 by winchester cartridge company.  That's what it looks like to me.

That's not exactly right. WCC means Western Cartridge Company, not Winchester. Western is the parent company to Olin which owns what is left of Winchester. Western made small arms as well as ammo and got it's start back in the late 1800's. Not to be confused with Western Powders who owns Accurate and Ramshot powders, Montana Extreme and Blackhorn 209.

It should be noted that the WCC head stamped brass is military issue, and as such is most definitely assembled with a crimped primer pocket. 9mm brass is typically so plentiful that it;s not usually worth the effort to remove the crimp for reloading.
