After another look I am not 100% positive on the second wrong thing...Its still posssible though. That part of the picture is blurred by the writing on it. Maybe she is also a contortionist?

That second wrong isn't hers, it belongs to someone else, thats the only way to explain it being there where it is, I picked up on that one first!
 
The other one though that we are supposed to look for, it took me reading the first page of posts before I could finally see it, the bird dog thing is right, my eyes kept wondering back to her looks and confusing my eyes!

Unfortunately yes, but it's not because I cared about it enough to bother scrutinizing it. I simply saw it, didn't care, then moved on.
 
I think part of the the 87% is that most people don't care enough to bother looking.

  Took me a couple of minutes.  There are a bunch of those 'what's wrong' pictures getting passed around and I looked at this looking for what I was expecting to be wrong.  Once I let that go I was able to find it.
 
  Also went into it thinking that "there's just nothing wrong with her"  ;D

I'm blind in one eye, don't see well out of the other but after 15 minutes of looking I THINK I finall figured it out..............course now I'm cross-eyed and may not see the real thing if someone pointed it out. ::)

I dont think the arm with the 5 fingers is hers. Look at the orientation of her upper arm and then the angle at which the right arm comes into the picture. Either she has an extra elbow joint or it isnt hers or maybe she is a contortionist. I might be wrong though because the bottom of the picture is blurred a little
