We're happy you're doing better...but we can't all get on some "earmark" government job !  Is your job with Solyndra, Chevy Volt, or that ENER 1 battery company in Indiana ?
...Or perhaps you work for Jon Corzine's MF Global..and you can tell us where the $1,200,000,000  went..because old Jon can't find it !  You know Jon Corzine..he's the guy Joe Biden wanted to take care of the US government finances.. ;D

Hold it ! I think I have it...

You tripled your income because you got one of B. Hussein's GREEN  jobs;  they only cost the taxpayers $5,000,000 each..and surely, some of that must have ' rubbed off ' on some of the employees !

  Yeah, glad to hear that Crusty;

The public school system has been pushing an atheistic, socialist, eco-freak agenda for years..what's wrong with a little balance ?    That is, if the article is accurate and truthful..
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
Truthfully though, the article is neither accurate or true.  The twisted author paints a picture which is pitifully distorted..in other words..full of lies..
Now, I don't know who these mysterious "Christian Nationalists" are..but I am very familiar with Child Evangelism Fellowship and the Good News clubs.  It is preposterous to say these two groups have ANY political motivations..they may as well say the Girl Scouts are a suicidal terrorist organization.  That is exactly how STUPID such a statement is; but by now most of us know by now Liberals can go ballistic and froth at the mouth... with even the slightest provocation.
Oh yes, they will evengelize if an opportunity presents itself..but that is as far as it goes...don't join those wingnut lefties in their apoplectic, but baseless rage..
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

BTW:  Hey Andy, even in the lefty rag..they say church groups CAN use the buildings their taxes help to pay for..

All of the Christian organizations that I know of have meetings "after school" and NO ONE is REQUIRED to come to them.  Most of the members like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes are already Christian.  Yes, they invite others to come to the meetings and participate.  AGAIN, NO ONE IS REQUIRED.  Recruiting members isn't what it is about.  It is about prayer, Bible Study, and helping others.  Yes, Christians would like people to ACCEPT Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but no one has a sword over their heads telling them to convert or die like some religions I know of.  Christianity tells others of Christs love for them, and yes, there is a hell awaiting those who don't convert, but that is only a warning, a truth, that they must know.  Therefore there is NO REAL HARM in FREEDOM of RELIGION and the EXPRESSIONS of religious rights UNLESS they threaten others with death.  There is no threat with Christianity, just an offer of hope and a warning of not accepting.  That is ALL.  Athiests and agnostics, if they believe in the constitution, must allow religious freedom.

THEY ARE RENTING THE SCHOOLS FOR SERVICES.  Muslims, KKK, or others could rent and they probably wouldn't say a thing.
Yeah... but if the schools were to rent out space to a Muslim congregation, I suspect that this topic would have been very different. I'll leave it to your imagination...

junior. You seem to be the only one here with a problem of Christian Churches renting a school for a day of worship. Typical liberal backwards thinking. POWDERMAN.  :o :o
I wonder what your reaction would have been, Powderman, if the marchers were Muslims demanding that the school rent space to Muslim congregations? Will you confide you likely view, if that were the case, here?
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

Your enabling & support is no doubt much appreciated!
Let's get some clarity: is the proposed law mention in the OT aimed specifically at Christians, or at religious organizations generally, or at all non-school/gov't activities using the schools?

We prayed every day in our public school when I was a kid, we said the pledge, I don't think it messed me up. And we were not forced.  But I notice a lot of kids messed up these days since that all stopped.  Coincidence?  Not so sure.

PM, he's afraid there might be some "amens" or "praise Gods" laying around when the kids come back on monday morning.
