found this in upper mich last summer.in barga county near the town of skanee.

havent been to the assayers yet,will let you know when i find out.if you click on the pitcure it gets bigger.

that looks pretty good.  I'd have my brick hammer after that thing and then pan the gold.
I used to do a lot of it. can't now.

That is an awesome looking piece.  I see gold exposed on three sides of that thing.  Nicely done.

The oldtimers on my greyhound route used microwave ovens in a oil bath to seperate the gold from the rock. They never told what oil and got the microwaves at yard sales, Goodwill Ect. Said they'd last bout a month.
